Due to the easement sewer main being abandoned by Capital Projects, the District
reimbursed the homeowner at 2021 Westover Drive in Pleasant Hill for the sewer lateral
relocation to the public street sewer main. Advanced Trenchless, which contracted with
homeowner Richard Tiras, invoiced roughly $17,000 to relocate a 100 linear -foot side
sewer that went into the City roadway and included sidewalk and roadway restoration.
The remaining $3,450 was spent on permit fees for the City of Pleasant Hill and Central
San. A Notice of Correction for this reimbursement was submitted to Accounting to
move the expenditure to the Pleasant Hill Grayson Creek Trunk Sewer Project, District
Project 8412.
