BAILEY, GENERAL MANAGER ANN SASAKI, DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER FROM: TEJI O'MALLEY, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER SUBJECT: TURNOVER RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-16 At the end of every fiscal year, staff presents the attached Turnover Rates report to the Administration Committee. The report reflects the turnover rate of the District in relation to several others agencies in the relative labor market. Attached is also a report showing the turnover trend for each agency over the past three years. Staff will be available to answer any questions or provide clarification during the meeting.
