Testimony was presented in writing by
Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association
(HJTA) stating, "For the Central Contra
Costa Sanitation District, property tax
revenues more than doubled to 13
million annually while its fund equity
figure jumped more than 300%, from
214 million to 644 million."

1.Correcting testimony inaccuracies — 50% fund
