Anyone wishing to address the Committee on an iters listed on the agenda will he heard when the
Committee Chair calls for comments frorn the audience. The Chair may specify the number ofininutes
each person will be permitted to speak based oil the number of persons wishing to speak air(] the firne
available. After the public hits commented, the item is closed to further public ccniurrent and brOU0L,11i to the
Committee for discussion. ']'here is no further comment permitted front the audience Unless invited by the
Committee.
ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE ON AN ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA
In accordance with state law, the Conitnittee is prohibited from discussing iterris not calendared on the
agenda. You may address the Committee on any items not listed oil the agenda, and which are within then -
'jurisdiction, under- PUBLIC COMMENTS. Matters brought up which are not on the agenda may he
referred to stafflor action or calendared oil a future agenda,

Supporting materials on Conit-nittee agenda iterns are available for public review at the Reception Desk,

of the meeting to a majority of the Committee are also available for Public inspection it the Reception
Desk. During the meeting, information and supporting materials are available in the Conference Room.
