an ordinance to amend District Code Section 6.24.060 — Credits and
adjustments, and Section 6.24.070 — (Sewer Service Charge) Refunds regarding
Sewer Service Charge refunds (follow-up)

Ms. Gemmell explained that minor revisions have been made to the Position
Paper attachment to clearly show the difference between overcharges and non -
service. This change to the District Code would allow for more time than
currently allowed for former property owners. She explained that, if approved,
the proposed changes will make the District Code match current practice.
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and recommended Board set the public
hearing.

Review November 2015 Financial Statements and Investment Reports
Ms. Vassallo stated that variances for operations and maintenance (O&M) and
sewer construction charges revenue are each running approximately $600,000
favorable. Running expense is currently running a $2.1 million favorable
variance. Capital expenses are at $9.5 million for the year.
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and recommended Board approval.
