• The Master Plan is on track to be completed on time and on budget.
• Significant progress made on condition assessments to date:
• Structural assessments performed for 4 key process areas (A /N tank, primary sedimentation
basin, secondary clarifier, primary effluent channel)
• Multiple hearth furnace /Scrubbers condition assessment
• Filter Plant media evaluation
o Mechanical /electrical /piping asset condition assessment workshops completed
0 7 pump stations assessed
o Staff is already working on integrating recommendations and lessons learned from condition
assessments into current maintenance procedures.
• Recent Deliverables: Final Draft of Flow Monitoring TM, Draft WWTP Existing Facilities Description TM,
Draft Basis of Costs TM, Final Draft Project Control and QA /QC Plan.
• Upcoming Deliverables: Draft Flow and Loads TM, Draft Collection System Existing Facilities Description
