Bailey General Manager Services ISSUE: Board of Directors' authorization is required for the General Manager to execute a professional services agreement for amounts greater than $100,000. BACKGROUND: The Board adopted the Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 -16 Capital Improvement Budget (CIB) on June 4, 2015. The proposed agreement will assist the Grayson Creek Trunk Sewer; Lafayette Sewer Renovation, Phases 10 and 11; North Orinda Sewer Renovation, Phase 6; Martinez Sewer Renovation, Phase 4; Walnut Creek Sewer Renovation, Phase 11; and other CIB projects. On September 14, 2015, a Request for Proposals (RFP) was publicly advertised on the District's website and PlanetBids (bidding exchange website).
