b. Review Procurement Card (P -Card) Statement
Chair Nejedly requested more information on the multiple charges from
CR Fireline.
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and requested additional
information.
5. Review August 2015 Financial Statements and Investment Reports
Mr. Smithey explained that most variances are favorable. Several of the
favorable variances are due to delays in receiving invoices, but will come closer
to budget as the year progresses. There is currently a $400,000 favorable
variance in capacity fees, mainly due to a large payment received from The
Orchards development in Walnut Creek. The Self - Insurance Fund will be
unfavorable due to the reserve policy transfer. Overall, the year -to -date
variances are favorable by approximately $1.3 million.
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and recommended Board approval.
