HomeMy WebLinkAbout09.a.2) Presentation on the Labor Negotiations Planning ScheduleLabor Negotiations Planning Schedule Presented by: Teji O'Malley, Human Resources Manager October 1, 2015 �s Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Labor Negotiations Planning Overview • In October of 2014, the Board directed staff to develop a labor negotiations schedule. — Schedule was to outline all milestones and tasks related to the next round of labor negotiations scheduled to take place in 2017. 1 Labor Negotiations Planning • Purpose: — Allows for the Board, staff, and bargaining units to be proactive. — Provides for transparency. — Supplies ample time for in -depth analysis of major issues related to bargaining. • Gantt chart was developed and is presented as a standing item on the Administration Committee agenda.
