Staff responses are as follows:
#206166 Evogua Water Technologies
Per Senior Chemist Tri Nguyen, the DI Tank Rental Services are for producing
deionized water for the Laboratory for use as reagent water for analytical testing. The
cost includes materials, rental, and delivery of the ion exchange tanks.
#36813 Expert Title Research
Per Capital Projects Division Manager Edgar Lopez, Expert Title Research provides on-
call assistance with complex private property title research. In this case, 3.5 hours were
spent on verification and research of the District's easement rights of a private sanitary
easement of a sewer line on Walnut Lane in Lafayette, as part of the Lafayette Sewer
Renovations, Phase 9, project. The survey group needed this information for preparing
a new legal description.
