On December 10, 2014, the Administration Committee reviewed the Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs) included in the FY 2014 -2015 through FY 2015 -2016 Strategic Plan.
These KPIs and corresponding targets were submitted to ensure that we are making
progress in achieving our strategic goals and initiatives. The attached tracking report
focuses on the first two quarters of FY 2014 -2015. The legend color GREEN indicates
goals "On Target" and RED indicates goals that "Short of Target." Notes are included at
the end of the report to address goals that are falling short of target.
