I have contacted Brent Ives of BHI Management Consulting (see his attached e- mail). He has indicated that he does not have any time slots available until April or May. He also included information about this colleague, David Aranda, who could also conduct the training sooner. would like your input on the following: o Selection of a facilitator o Possible agenda topics other than those proposed by Mr. Ives o Location of the training (3 -4 hour session) o District staff you would like to attend (one option would be to split up the training, with a portion of it conducted with only Board Members and the facilitator present, the rest including senior staff) Please let me know your preferences and we will proceed accordingly.
