RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution accepting 26 grants of easements and authorizing staff to record the documents with the Contra Costa County Recorder. FINANCIAL IMPACTS: A total of $39,500 has been paid to 26 property owners for permanent easements related to the Martinez Sewer Renovations Project, Phase 4 (District Project 8415). Of the 41 easements sites identified for this project, a total of 25 new easements were acquired. Board action is needed to accept the 26 new permanent easements from the property owners named above. RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION: Adopt a resolution: (1) accepting grants of easements related to the Martinez Sewer Renovations, Phase 4, District Project 8415, from property owners of the parcels listed in the attached proposed resolution; and, (2) authorizing staff to record the documents with the Contra Costa County Recorder.
