SUBJECT: District Energy Usage New Report
At the January 8, 2015 Board Meeting, Provisional Senior Engineer Clint Shima and I
will present an example of a monthly Energy Usage Report, which will be the first
annual report of its kind. This new report will feature both monthly and historical data on
energy usage at the District.
The data will be presented using a single page format showing charts and data of
energy usage across the District. The attached example was presented at the
November 24, 2014 Engineering & Operations Committee meeting and represents
energy data for the month of September 2014. An updated report will be presented at
the Board meeting.
The Committee concurred with staff's recommendation to present the information on a
quarterly basis under the General Manager Written Announcements section of the
agenda packet, with an annual presentation given to the Board in January.
