SUBJECT: DISTRICT EMPLOYEE TURNOVER RATE
During the September 11, 2014 Administration Committee, staff was directed to
determine the District's employee turnover rate and the reason for the separation.
Turnover rate is defined as the ratio of total separations to the average number of
employees in an evaluation period. The District's annual employee turnover rate, for
the time period 2008 -2014, for each calendar year is outlined the table below:
