pipeline prior to my arrival and we are currently in the process of performing a full blown analysis relative to our data
backup and recovery processes in addition to our disaster recovery plan and will be reporting back to the Board on our
recommendation as part of the IT Master Plan. There is $120k place holder in the capital project budget to consolidate
our backup processes with a software solution and we'll do our best to utilize the equipment recently purchased as part
of the comprehensive solution as well.

connected and backs up the data, and the 3rd set or transition set is used to swap out the 2nd set when Recall comes to
pick it up.

• Hi Roy,
• I would like to be more specific in addressing the Board's question as to what data we are providing backup storage
for. I know you mentioned the CCTV data from CSO but if you could provide some more specific examples that would be
helpful.
> Also just so I'm clear we have spent 4,011 on one invoice and 2,336 on Jose's PCard and that has resulted in 3 sets of
external hard drives? How much storage per set? And we are rotating sets off -site with a private vendor in Sacramento?
And how much do they charge for their service on and ongoing basis?
• Thanks,
• David
