Call Meeting to Order Chair Causey called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. 2. Public Comments None. 3. Old Business a. Review staff's responses to questions regarding an expenditure at the previous meeting: Check / Information Requested Date Amount Vendor (Responses are included in the Agenda Packet as Attachment 3.a. 200428 $3,000.00 H &H Chair Causey expressed concern 6/5/14 Engineer & regarding the cost of the training. He Supply Co. 1 asked if staff could send fewer people to Finance Committee July 11, 2014 Page 2 Check l Information Requested Date Amount Vendor? COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed staff's responses. 4. Expenditures a. Review Expenditures COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and recommended Board approval. Requested the following additional information: Check / Date Amount Vendor Information Requested 200556 $9,414.14 Contra Costa Chair Causey requested more detail on 6/19/14 Water this disbursement, which was for a leak District I repair on Imhoff Drive. 5. Announcements a. Finance Manager Thea Vassallo announced that staff is currently preparing for the annual audit to be performed by Maze & Associates. b. Future scheduled meetings: Monday, July 21, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. (Special meeting, moved up from 2:00 p.m.) Monday, August 25, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. COMMITTEE ACTION: Received the announcements. 6.
