• Estimated Contractor costs to date

Next steps
• Evaluate, design, and construct appropriate
repair by December
• Come back to the Board to award the repair
project and authorize additional contingency
funds as needed.

• Terminate emergency for Sludge Blending
Tank repair in accordance with Public
Contract Code 22050(c)(3)
