(Ilandavf) 1 Work Status • Completed tank stabilization and secured site. • Received final reports from consultants. • Operations to continue limited use of tank. • Opened $200,000 contingency project, DP 7316, includes - Emergency work - Design of permanent repair Estimated Costs • Currently authorized = $200,000 • Estimated Contractor costs to date _ $ 30,000 • Estimated District Engineering/Consultants costs to date = $ 20,000 2 Next steps • Evaluate, design, and construct appropriate repair by December • Come back to the Board to award the repair project and authorize additional contingency funds as needed. STAFF RECOMMENDATION • Terminate emergency for Sludge Blending Tank repair in accordance with Public Contract Code 22050(c)(3) 3
