• Recommended Rates and Charges:
— Follows recent approach of annual adjustment for
changes in salaries, benefits and overhead.
• 53 of 81 fees would increase
• Most increases are about 3%
• Additional revenue from increased fees would
be modest.

the text of the ordinance.
