SUBJECT: SEEPEX INVOICE
Per Glen Bradley, Maintenance Planner, the high cost item on this invoice is the
stator, which has a minimum of 1 ea. and a maximum of 2 ea. in the Materials
Services Building (MSB). The remaining costs, which totaled about $2,800, was
for spare parts for the District's Seepex BN60 17 -61- progressive cavity pumps.
The District currently has five of these pumps in service:
• 2 ea. Primary Scum Pumps, asset #'s 22101, 22102
• 2 ea. Thickened Scum Pumps, asset #'s 74191, 74192
• 1 ea. Bulk Polymer Transfer Pump, asset # 61013
In addition, Bulk Polymer Transfer Pump 2, asset # 61014 will be fitted with a
Seepex pump when the existing Moyno pump fails, thus resulting in a total of six
Seepex BN60 17 -61- pumps in service.
If additional information is desired by the Committee on the spare parts, staff can
provide the minimums and maximums, annual usage, or other requested
information.
