To move toward a comprehensive program, District staff determined that an implementation plan needs to be developed to provide a roadmap and identify distinct goals. The intent is for the asset management practices that are developed to be absorbed into the organization's standard business practices to provide a consistent approach across the asset types to manage their lifecycle efficiently.
