• Amount that should have been Billed $1,325,361
• 23 accounts have been adjusted by
Tax Collector $ 719,187
• 45 accounts remaining to be adjusted $ 518,264

Tax Bill Adjustment Plan
By December 201h CCCSD and EBMUD to jointly send Letter of Explanation
to 44 Property Owners.
CCCSD processes adjusted Sewer Service Charge to Tax Assessor
1. Paid 151 Installment by December 10th
[]Tax Assessor will provide Adjusted Tax Installment Bill
❑ Adjusted 2nd Installment is due April 10th
2. Paid Entire Incorrect Tax Bill by December 10th
❑ Any monies paid in excess will be refunded by Tax Collector

• Has committed to change reporting format to correct
problem
