PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS c) Senior Engineer Randy Schmidt Appointed NACWA Committee Co -Chair Randy Schmidt, Senior Engineer in the Operations Department, has been appointed as Co -Chair of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) Biosolids Management Committee. The Biosolids Management Committee deals with all biosolids issues related to implementation of the Federal Part 503 Sludge Regulations. As Co- Chair of the Biosolids Management Committee, Mr. Schmidt will also serve as a member of two other NACWA Committees: the Water Quality Committee and the Climate & Resiliency Committee.
