Public Hearing for St. Mary's Road CAD 2011 -1 Levying Final Assessment, Collecting on the County Property Tax Roll, and Establishment of Reimbursement Fees Russ Leavitt July 25, 2013 Central Contra Costa Sanitary District Background • One set of Final Assessments and Reimbursement Fees to be considered for approval: — District Project 6523 — St. Mary's Road • Public Hearing was set on June 20, 2013 • Affected Parties were notified by mail on July 3, 2013 • Notice of Hearing advertised in the Contra Costa Times and San Ramon Valley Times on July 11 and July 18, 2013 V1 Final Assessments • Total Project Cost = $386,660 • Owners of six properties are initial participants. • The City of Lafayette is paying two shares for two connections. • Owners of seven properties are non - participants subject to paying a reimbursement fee upon connection. — Two private owners, the City of Lafayette, and CCCSD are covering the costs of the non - participants and will share the paid reimbursement fees proportionately.
