How staff confirms that fees are owed:
— District records: application, permit and receipt
history, GDI aerial views from different time periods,
SSC billing records, inspection and sewer CCTV
records
— Parcel ownership: ParcelQuest, DocEdge, property
transfer documents
— Other: MILS listings, Google searches and map
views, 1986 reverse phone directory, city /county
building permit information and history, contact with
property owners

Delinquency Process (coot.)
Collection Efforts:
• Letter /invoice — 45 days to pay
• Declare charges delinquent, add delinquent charge of
10% of unpaid fees, penalty of 1.5% per month
• Notice of Public Hearing
Board Action:
• Hold Public Hearing
• A resolution requiring four affirmative votes is needed
to place the charges on the property tax roll
