CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON JUNE 12, 2013
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a special
meeting in the Caucus Room, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez, County of Contra Costa, State
of California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013.
President Nejedly called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll.
1. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Members: Causey, McGill, Pilecki, Williams, Nejedly
ABSENT: Members: None
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION
(Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.7)
District Labor Counsel Daniel Clinton announced Closed Session Item 4.a.
4. CLOSED SESSION
The Board met in closed session with District Labor. Counsel Daniel Clinton and District
Counsel Kent Alm at 6:00 p.m. regarding the following matter:
a. PERSONNEL MATTERS PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 54957(B):
• Public Employee Appointment
Title: General Manager
The Board recessed at 6:55 p.m. to reconvene in open session.
4. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
None.

There being no further business to come before the Board, President Nejedly adjourned the
