OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON MAY 13, 2013
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a special
meeting at 4080 Mallard Drive, Concord, County of Contra Costa, State of California, at
8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2013.
President Nejedly called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll.
1. ROLL CALL F,
PRESENT: Members: Causey, McGill, Pilecki, Williams, Nejedly
ABSENT: Members: None
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
3. CLOSED SESSION
The Board met in closed session with Mr. Georg Kramer of Koff and Associates, an
executive recruiting firm, at 8:00 a.m. regarding the following matter:
a. PERSONNEL MATTERS PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 54957(B):
• Public Employee — Appointment
Title: General Manager
The Board recessed at 1:59 p.m. to reconvene in open session.
4. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
None.

There being no further business to come before the Board, President Nejedly adjourned the
meeting at 2:00 p.m.
