Issued To Case /Cotter For Arms • April 29 - D.W. Nicholson Directed To Order Material • May 2 - Board Authorizes Emergency Repairs • May 3 - Work Begins - Sandblasting (F.D. Thomas) - Mobilization D.W. Nicholson 1 ti Inspection April 22, 2013 • Inspection Sandblast Completed May 9 Structural Inspection May 10 - Main Beams Ok - Cross Beams And Supports Require Replacement Prior To Coating 2 Sandblast! ng/I nspection Tank Repair Progress • Damaged Baffle Section Removed And Replaced • New Track Installed • Replacement Arms Being Fabricated • Clutch On DAF Tank No. 3 Replaced 3 Schedule Update • All Steel And Welding Repairs: May 17 • Sandblasting And Coating: May 20 - 29 • Install Arms, Adjust, Test: May 29 - June 5 • Original Startup Anticipated: May 27 (Additional Time Required For Structural Repairs) Staff Recommendation • Continue Emergency DAF Tank Repairs Utilizing Case /Cotter Inc., D.W.
