• Requested by home building community in
2009.
• Pilot program approved by the Board for
2009 -10.
• Program extended with fees to cover
administrative and interest costs.
• Current program will expire on June 30,
2013.

— Allow program to expire on June 30, 2013.
• Alternative:
— Set the Public Hearing for April 18th to consider
extending the Deferral Program with related fees
for new subdivisions.
