Staff prepares this Plan as an element of our annual P2 Report, which is due to the Regional Board, as required by our NPDES Permit, on February 28th each year. I will be giving my annual presentation at your February 21, 2013, Board Meeting to review our many P2 accomplishments for 2012 and any changes suggested for 2013 P2 Plan. Please note that the only new item staff is suggesting for 2013 is completing a study to determine if a local discharge limit is needed for ammonia. Thank you.
