• Updated Emergency Operations Plan for SEMS
and NIMS Compliance - 2010
• Minimally compliant with exercises and drill
requirements - 2012
• Local Hazard Mitigation Plan approved by FEMA
and CalEMA - 2011

Supplies and Equipment
• Audit inventory and ensure that supplies in
Treatment Plant and CSO emergency
supply trailers are complete and current
• Outfit the backup EOC at the new CSO
building
• Acquire other items as needed:
Example: County is switching to 800 mHz
radios. For interoperable communications, we
will need to acquire some of these radios too.
