BOARD ACTION: Held the closed session. October 15, 2012 Special Board Meeting Action Summary Page 2 4. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION BOARD ACTION: The Board provided direction to the District Negotiators. 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS Member McGill announced that he has received several phone calls from San Ramon resident Mr. Rashad asking that the Board consider adopting a discounted rate for senior citizens. Other Board Members indicated that they too have received calls from Mr. Rashad. Member McGill noted that the topic has been considered by the Board in the past, but no discounted rate has been approved. Board Members declined to agendize the matter at this time. 6.
