• Final effluent bypass began on Saturday, July 7

Scope of Work
• Inspect both the land and submarine portions of the
72 -inch diameter outfall pipeline and make needed
repairs
• Re -test existing joints on the land portion of the
outfall and install new joint seals as necessary
• Stabilize and protect the submarine portion of
outfall with additional ballast rock.
• Construct a new final effluent magnetic flow meter
contained within a new meter vault
