Alhambra Valley is exactly that, a large
relatively flat valley, especially where
new homes and increased residential
density exists.
Conversely, the El Toyonal, Alta Vista,
Dos Osos area in Orinda
is located on steep, heavily
wooded and often times,
unstable earth and ground
conditions that is prone to sliding.
Alta Vista at it narrowest is 11' and
Widest, 17'. Dos Osos, a dirt road, at
Its narrowest is 9'
Alhambra Valley Road is approximately
35'- 40' wide, not including the bike lane,
and where it does get narrower, it still
remains a two lane road.
