I Recent Actions Completed - 2 • Met with City of Martinez last week. • Set =up meeting with City of Concord for 6/29/12. SunGerd Software Bug • Observed in the initial stage of the evaluation effort that a number of the outstanding fees are related to excess charges created after fees are paid. The SunGard software creates additional fees for commercial applications when users review the fees in selected views. These additional fees are minor and would never be seen by staff unless staff runs the recently discovered Outstanding Fees Report. N SunGard Software B • These fees could not be corrected by staff and could only be corrected by SunGard. • SunGard has corrected 37 fee incidents with a total value of $161.49.
