Recent Actions Completed
• Developed protocol for field inspections
when required. Staff will send a letter for
sites requiring owner assistance.
• Received input from District Counsel
regarding "fees due ". Staff is developing
policy recommendations and procedure for
the collection effort.

• Met with Town of Danville building permit
staff. Danville Chief Building Official agreed
to District staff signing off on final permit
inspections.
• Scheduled meeting with City of Walnut Creek
for Friday, May 4, 2012.
