RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution accepting grants of easements and authorizing staff to record the documents with the Contra Costa County Recorder. FINANCIAL IMPACTS: $76,800 was paid for these eight permanent easements for the Lafayette Sewer Renovations Project, Phase 7 (DP 5990). ALTERNATIVES /CONSIDERATIONS: None. BACKGROUND: The District installed and rehabilitated approximately 14,200 feet of 6 -, 8-,12 - and 15 -inch sewer pipe as part of the Lafayette Sewer Renovations Project, Phase 7 (District Project 5990) by open cut, pipe bursting, horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and cured -in -place pipe (CIPP) methods. The subject easements were acquired to upgrade District property rights. RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION: Adopt a resolution accepting grants of easements from John and Pamela MacLennan, James D. Gray and Marie Felde, Kimberly D. McCue, Richard and Marsha A. Servetnick, James C. and Dianne D.
