OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON MARCH 5, 2012
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a
special meeting in the Conference Room of the District's Collection System Operations
Building at 1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 5, 2012.
Board Member McGill participated by teleconference from 4954 Porky Lane, St. James
City, Florida 33956. The teleconferencing location was appropriately noticed and
posted, and the teleconferencing conducted, in compliance with California Government
Code Section 54953.
President Nejedly called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll.

The Board convened in closed session at 3:00 p.m. to confer with Legal Counsel
