OF THE DISTRICT BOARD OF THE
CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON FEBRUARY 11, 2012
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a
special meeting in the Conference Room of the District's Collection System Operations
Building at 1250 Springbrook Road, Walnut Creek, County of Contra Costa, State of
California, at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012.
President Nejedly called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll.
1. ROLL CALL

None.

The Board recessed at 4:29 p.m. to reconvene in open session.
4. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
The Board provided direction to the District Negotiators.
5. ANNOUNCEMENTS
General Manager James Kelly announced that the District has received its National
Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit and is pleased with its
contents.
Mr. Kelly announced that the District is planning to hire back retiree Dorie Kiefer to
provide administrative assistance in the Plant Operations Department (POD) due to
unplanned absences of administrative staff. He stated that it will be a short-term
assignment.
6. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Nejedly adjourned
the meeting at 4 :30 p.m.
