REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION The Board provided direction to the District Negotiators. 5. ANNOUNCEMENTS General Manager James Kelly announced that the District has received its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, and does not expect it to be appealed. Mr. Kelly announced that the District is planning to hire back retiree Dorie Kiefer to provide administrative assistance in POD due to unplanned absences of administrative staff. He stated that it will be a short-term assignment and the situation will be reassessed after one month. 6. ADJOURNMENT — at 4:30 p.m.
