Staff prepares this Plan as an element of our annual P2 Report, which is due to the Regional Board on February 28th each year. I will be giving my annual presentation at your February 16, 2012 Board Meeting to review our P2 accomplishments for 2011 and the changes to our P2 Plan for 2012, and I will be available for questions.
