1. Call Meeting to Order
Chair Williams called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
2. Public Comments

3. Old Business
a. Review responses to the outstanding questions:
Bob Murray and Associates – Provide a breakdown of the charges.
Our Savior’s Lutheran Church – Provide detail for the payment.
CR Fireline – Provide information as to what was purchased for
$274.
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed staff’s responses and requested
copies of invoices submitted by Bob Murray.

4. Risk Management
a. Review Loss Control Report and discuss outstanding claims
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed the report and discussed
outstanding claims. Chair Williams requested staff to report back
regarding annual trend analysis on claims and litigation costs.
b. Discuss new claims
1) Vehicle accident, Ms. Lisette Gonzales, Lafayette
COMMITTEE ACTION: Discussed new claim.
5. Review November 2011 Public Agency Retirement Services (PARS) Statement
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed the statement.
6. Expenditures
a. Review Expenditures (Item 4.a. in Board Binder)
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed and recommended Board approval.
Member Nejedly requested information regarding the methodology
used by CASA to develop the membership fee and the value to the
District.
b. Review Legal Expenditure Summary
COMMITTEE ACTION: Reviewed Legal Expenditure Summary.
