Here is one of the things I really enjoy, but don't have enough chances to
do:
I wanted to pass along to you how much I appreciated the excellent service
I received this morning at the Central San counter. Jolene Bertera, Jarred
Miyamoto -Mills and Earlene Millier could not possibly have been kinder,
more cooperative, or more helpful. They gave me most of the answers I
needed right across the counter, and followed up within three hours and
sent the rest of the information I needed via email. All I can say is, "Wow!"
You and the other Board members should be very VERY proud of your staff
and the fine way they represent the District. Better yet, you should clone
them and send them out to many other Bay Area agencies.
