CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON DECEMBER 5, 2011
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a
special meeting in the Second Floor Conference Room, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez,
County of Contra Costa, State of California, at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, December 5,
2011.
President Hockett called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll.

PRESENT: Members: McGill, Nejedly, Williams, Hockett
ABSENT: Members: Menesini

The Board reconvened in closed session at 3:30 p.m. to confer with Legal Counsel
regarding the following matter:
a. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 54957.6
District Negotiators:
• Labor Negotiation and Benefits Counsel Edward L. Kreisberg, Esq.
• General Manager James Kelly
• Deputy General Manager /Director of Engineering Ann Farrell
• Director of Administration Randall Musgraves
• Human Resources Manager Christopher Ko

The Board recessed at 5:00 p.m. to reconvene in open session.
