CENTRAL CONTRA COSTA SANITARY DISTRICT
HELD ON NOVEMBER 28, 2011
The Board of Directors of the Central Contra Costa Sanitary District convened in a
special meeting in the Second Floor Conference Room, 5019 Imhoff Place, Martinez,
County of Contra Costa, State of California, at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 28,
2011.
President Hockett called the meeting to order and requested that the Secretary call roll
