Issues
• LAFCO required annexation of Properties
#1, #2 and #8 as a condition of Out -of-
Agency Service Agreements.
• The District's DA 168C costs to date have
been relatively modest ($15,000).
• If objections lead to litigation, future costs
could be substantial.
Board Options
1. No change in DA 168C properties.
2. Remove Property #9.
3. Remove Properties #9 and #3.
4. Remove all undeveloped properties ( #3,
#4, #5, #6 and #9).
