No comments letters were received. ➢ January 6, 2011 - CCCSD Board of Directors conducts a Public Hearing and considers approval of the Draft Negative Declaration and District Annexation 167B — Walnut Creek & Concord. 2 District Annexation 1676 (Walnut Creek & Concord) • Annexation Process ➢ CCCSD submits Annexation Application to LAFCO o LAFCO will conduct a Public Hearing and consider approval of annexation. Corrections to the Draft Negative Declaration • Pape 7 ➢ For Property No. 6 (APN 140 - 160 -014) in Table 1 -1, indicate one (1) "Potential Additional Dwelling Unit (DU)" and a "Zoning Designation" of "R -12 (1 DU /12,000 sq. ft)." Page 8 • In Table 1 -2, change "Total Potential Additional Dwelling Units with Septic Connections and Sewer' 14 to 15; • Under "Zoning, Contra Costa County' add "R -12 (Single Family Residential); 12,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size)." • page 27 ➢ Last paragraph change "14 additional houses" to 15 additional houses." ➢ Change "30 additional persons" to "32 additional persons" 3 Questions...? 0
