CALL MEETING TO ORDER Chair McGill called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. 3. OLD BUSINESS None. 4. CLAIMS MANAGEMENT a. Reviewed one new claim. Staff discovered that a house in Martinez that sat vacant for some time had not been connected to the lateral. The property is now occupied, and there was a minor overflow. There was no property damage, only clean up and connection costing $1,219.94. COMMITTEE ACTION: No action required. A "., Recycled Paper Budget and Finance Committee October 29,2007 Page 2 5. REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS a. Report on cost of Household Hazardous Waste mobile collection events. COMMITTEE ACTION: Received report and found the report fairly represented the cost of providing services at the Household Hazardous Waste facility. Committee recommend to the full Board supporting three mobile events, and charging the partnering agency the incremental cost of conducting the event as shown in the report. b. Review September 2007 Financial Statements (3.b. on Board Agenda) COMMITTEE ACTION: Recommended Board approval of September 2007 Financial Statements. 6. REVIEW EXPENDITURES a. There were no outstanding questions. COMMITTEE ACTION: Recommend Board approval. 7. ADJOURNMENT - 3:22 p.m.
