Discussion of options for meeting AB 939 obligations to dispose of household hazardous waste BOARD ACTION: Discussed options; this matter will be discussed with the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority on May 26, 1994; and discussed further at the June 2, 1994 CCCSD Board Meeting 4. REPORTS: a. Report from Counsel for the District regarding Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) reporting requirements and related issues BOARD ACTION: Received report; District Counsel will provide periodic updates as regulations change 5. PLANT OPERATIONS: a. Approve contract with Mojave Pipeline Company for interstate transportation of natural gas BOARD ACTION: Approved as recommended 6.
