c. Accept Grant of Easements from pri-
vate property owners for District
Project 4539, Parcels No. 2 and 5
in Walnut Creek at a cost to the
District of $11,274 (Resolution Nos.
90-116 and 90-117)
d. Advise the Board of the close out
of the Ash Storage Basin I Improve-
ments and Holding Basin Levee Roads
Pavement Project (DP 10066 and 10067)

was presented; adopted Resolution Nos.
90-110, 90-111, and 90-112 ordering the
annexations and concurring with the
adoption of the Negative Declaration
by LAFCO
Conducted public hearings; received
testimony and letters of protest;

and concurring with the Negative Declara
tion by LAFCO; disapproved and abandoned
District Annexation 115-D finding that
